Composed of the best barrel of each variety to express the maximum potential of the estate. The vintage is made of 25% Sangiovese, 30% Syrah, 30% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Franc
Aging: 12 months in fine-grained French oak barrels, 2 months in steel, 12 months in bottle
On the nose: very complex and intense, expressing notes of black berries and cherries, together with delicate notes of sweet oak combined with sensations of tobacco and peat.
In the mouth: Firm body, enveloping flavor and ripe expression. Balanced fruit and minerality. Blackcurrant and cherry interact with graphite, and are expanded by the sapidity which gives also a long finish, with a clear note of toasted almonds and very smooth tannins.
