Monte Chiaro Empire States Special 6 bottles

The A.D. ‘345 line represents the core of Montechiaro’s organic revolution. Here, time-honored tradition and expert craftsmanship converge to produce contemporary wines that honor our centuries-old ampelographic legacy. The Rosato, crafted from Sangiovese and the globally rare Malvasia Nera, lends a distinctive structure to this rosé, revealing notes of stone fruit, floral essences, and balsamic undertones. The terroir of our hills, born from an ancient seabed, imparts a unique salinity to our wines, making them ideal for culinary pairings. Enjoy with salmon, gazpacho, caprese salad, or delicate raw dishes like beef carpaccio and tuna tartare. The Chianti A.D. ‘345 follows our historic family recipe, blending Sangiovese with indigenous varietals such as Canaiolo, Colorino, Foglia Tonda, and Barsaglina. Structured yet harmonious, it is best served slightly chilled, complementing charcuterie, lasagna alla bolognese, and eggplant parmigiana. Finally, our acclaimed Riserva A.D. ‘345 showcases the pure elegance of Sangiovese, a direct expression of the gentle Sienese hills and their sandy soils. It is a superb match for pork chops, ribs, and duck. We recommend keeping, as this wine develops beautifully with cellar ageing.
