Monte Chiaro The Best of Supertuscan Wines

In this trilogy, you’ll discover the true gems of Montechiaro.

First, the now-legendary Arteliquida Bianco—a groundbreaking Supertuscan born from the harmonious balance of Trebbiano, Malvasia Bianca, and Viognier, elevated by the innovative addition of Manzoni Bianco (a cross between Pinot Bianco and Riesling). This captivating white wine unfolds with vibrant notes of lime, mint, and pineapple, finishing with a refined, chalky minerality. Perfect for savoring under the sun with buffalo mozzarella, shrimp and salmon tartare, or a fresh chicken salad.

With the arrival of warmer days, the Mediterranean soul of Malvasia Nera immediately calls to mind the irresistible aromas of a classic Sunday barbecue.

Finally, our Super Sangiovese 2019, which, after a year of refinement, reaches its fullest expression—offering velvety layers of ripe fruit, rich chocolate, and balsamic undertones. The ideal pairing for this wine? The company of those you love.

Montechiaro Arteliquida Rosso 2019 × 4

Arteliquida is a project where art and wine meet, emphasizing wine research (with the contents) as much as the artistic expression (with the container). Arteliquida Rosso joins the single-vineyard rare Malvasia Nera, with the contemporary artwork by Eugenia Vanni, where a mosaic moon represents the mysterious and unbreakable link between nature and man, symbolizing the legendary knowledge about the moon phases' influence in the winemaking process.  Our small cru enhances the varietal characteristics of Tempranillo, in Tuscany known as Malvasia Nera, which here presents a unique freshness and minerality typical of the Chianti terroir.
